Securely pack your cycling apparel or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and component manuals are included.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for oversized equipment.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of your gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
